This is my first purchase with Takealot and unfortunately the product did not suit my needs. Whilst I understood and accepted that the returns policy was not to allow products such as the one i purchased to be returned I nonetheless applied and got a refund for which i am grateful. The customer service all around has been great thus far - from prompt delivery of the product to constant proactive communication by Sumaya. I will definitely be purchasing from Takealot again and would recommend Takealot.
