Went in to request an exchange for a dress I bought and when she was supposed to issue change to me of R180, but with an attitude she holds up a R200 note and says there's no change and asks me what can she do, as a client I also respond as to how I am unable to provide an answer to that. She continues to assist others with less concern about me. She claims to be the only staff in the shop and that her other colleague is on lunch&she doesn't know when she'll be back since its "her personal time". I got irritated and when Carol, her other colleague walked in and assisted her with change, she gossips loudly&rudely and says "ay! I almost got killed" which irritated me further and ended up with me and her putting on a show for the other customers. No apology for being so disorganised&having no change on a weekend but a pathetic attitude! I am highly dissappointed and surely will be refraining from doing my shopping @ Rbay branch. The nerve to tell a customer off is the only fashion she expressed!
