I bought my son a shirt and tie at the Claremont branch... The tie broke a few days later and I brought it back to Promenade after having to wait for 5weeks to hear from them I decide to go to the store and Megan said that my shirt wasn't there yet... she dacided to double check and ther the shirt was... she the credited my account with a lessor amount then what the shirt originally was I then wanted to ask her y I was credited with less credit and she says that's all from her... I then say to her I still want to ask u something and she turn around and says u can ask I'm still here for the hole day... I'm workin in retail for 9years so I know what customer service is all about and that's no way to speak to ur customers... and I know of ppl who have had far whores experiences with staff from this store... If u don't know how to speak to your customers then you should get out of retail
