False Advertising

Hi, I'm in the market for a new fridge and I have very specific needs regarding this. After much research, I found an LG fridge which was perfect for me. After searching for the fridge, I found it on the Metro Home City website. I called in to find out if they have the fridge to which the sales manager replied yes. I then went to the store to see the fridge, only to be told that it has been discontinued and they do not have stock. This was 3 weeks ago. I went onto the site today again to see if they had anything new and I spotted the LG fridge I originally wanted. To save time, I proceeded to register on their site and order the fridge online. I went through the entire process up until the point I received a confirmation email from them for my order. I then phoned in to speed up the processing of my order only to be told again that they do not have the fridge in stock! What the are you guys doing? Do you not update your website? That is false advertising, wasting consumers' time and airtime. Are you going to pay for the R83 of airtime I spent holding for your incompetent managers to find out details? Get your act together and rectify this matter. Extremely pathetic!!!
