Firstly I drive from Pretoria to Sandton each time I have been told the shirt is ready and finished.
For the first few weeks while the shirt was busy being tailored, I was not kept up to date on the progress. I had to email them at least 3 times a week to hear how far my shirt for my wedding is (2 weeks away). When I was told the shirt was done the first time, I drove all the way to get there and see the shirt was not at all what I asked for, and colours changed without my permission asked first. I was treated with utter disrespect and was being told I WAS WRONG from all kinds directions from the staff. I left without the shirt being told it will be ready in 3 days.

In 3 days I emailed Darren Joseph again early the morning to make sure the shirt was ready. He replied and said it will be ready at 13:00pm. I arrived at the store at 16:30pm driving all the way once AGAIN, just to be ignored and not even greeted by the staff. The shirt was once again not ready, with stitching being done half way on the shirt. This is for a shirt I am paying close to R 3000.00 for... Ridiculous
