I bought a transcend 500GB portable H/Drive from makro Pmb on 02/06/12. I had a problem with H/Drive I took it back to Makro on 06/09/12. the unit was exchanged for me they said but I did not recieved a new invoice as it is for Makro credit re-invoice. I then used the "new"unit in October to download taiwanTV and movie and after the 2 time of use computer did not pick up the H/Drive. I tested at work comp and my Manager laptop and could not pick up H/Drive. I then took H/D to Makro28/11/12 and request a credit I was told it will be send requesting credit for it is within the first 6 months 2nd unit. people at Makro test not read. Richard phoned me January 13 supplier said nothing wrong with unit I must collect, I said I want credit, Richard said his manager will phone, till now no manager phoned, check your system when Richard phoned. my Manager Jacques went to Grant (23/01/13) and Grant said he will phone, still waiting. No missed calls on Jacques Phone or mine check your phone records. Jacques spoke to Richard and Sipho mazibuko this morning 26/01/13 sorry he cannot help I must wait till monday? wait for what? I fly 26/1/13 to taiwan I need new H/Drive Now. Service very slow
