Hi, i took out a cellphone contract at CNA, Tygervalley in December 2012. the promotion deal stated that for R169/month i get blackberry curve 9320, in addition i would also get a free movie card which allows me to get two tickets everyday for a year within two weeks from the day my contract commences.this movie card i could use at ster kinekor theaters. its been three months since i took out the contract and after several inquiries at edgars and cna, i received the movie card in the post on 12/03/2013, pathetic.i am very upset, because not only does the card expire on 31/12/2013, which leaves me with about seven months, but now it states that i have to purchase a movie ticket first before i get a free movie ticket, i am also not allowed to go any ster kinekor cinema(, if i had known this i would not have bothered). the promotion simply stated two movie tickets free for a whole year, and not which cinema to go to and that you have to buy a ticket first. i am sure i am being ripped off by these artists, but what can i do?
