My girlfriend and I booked movie tickets online on the 09/06/2013, for a movie called "Fast & the furious 6 scheduled to screen at 17:00 pm. When we got to Ster-kinekor, we realised that we had some stuff that we needed to do before we could go to the movies, therefore we had to either cancel those tickets or request for time extention.we were then referred to a manager (whose name we did not get) who then told us to go and redeem those tickets and then referred us to the cashier, who finally confirmed that they couldn't refund us nor allow us to catch that same movie at a later slot. We were told we had to do the cancellation ourselves. We called the ticket line on Monday 10/06/2013, where we were told that we weren't supposed to redeem those tickets and that it's now too late for a refund. It was our very first visit to the Sandton city ster-kinekor and the service was horrendous to say the least, I mean the manager could have easily resolved this petty case by giving us complimentary tickets to watch the movie at our convenience. Can someone confirm when are we going to get our R116.00 back.
