It seems as if cashiers at Game are taught not to smile, not to ask customers if they want plastic bags etc.. I work close to Game and use it almost daily for my lunch shopping and I'm always surprised at how rude these cashiers are. Next time I'll take names and shame them but the Security team at the exit is wonderful! And could someone please tell me why Games doesn't have a cash-only till/ Express Till?? The service can be quite slow especially during peak days all thanks to speed-point machines and items that do not scan etc. What if you wish to pay for a single small item like a bar of chocolate? And please don't refer me to the cigarette queue in front. The service there is worst. Surely Game can afford to allocate just one till to cash only clients?
