I bought 2x ster kinekor movie ticket deals and paid both the tickets via EFT on the 17/07/2013 and had to send an email to find out why my voucher hasn't been allocated in my groupon account. i only got a response on the 6/08/2012 asking me which email address i have used. after confirming the email address i had no response until the 8/08/2013 when i was advised that my voucher has been allocated. I then confirmed with Tauriq Amardien weather the voucher was for 2 tickets i bought, he assured me that i will use one voucher to redeem 2 movie tickets that i have paid for. When i got to Ster kinokor in Blue route mall, i was so disappointed and embarrassed to find that i only can redeem 1 movie ticket. Had an argument with the manager because i was re assured by groupon that the voucher number is for 2x movie tickets. i ended up not watching the movie because he plan was not to watch the movie alone hence i bought 2x movie tickets.
I then email enquires to advise of my experience and find out why i was misled. Up to this day, no one cares and no one has gotten back to me. i need my full refund and regret doing business with groupon. They just don't care but care to deduct funds
