Tried to phone Discem Kolonade rean script. Firstly the people ansering the phone was untrained and then had to hold on for 20 minutes. When I phoned back, was told that they would take my number but with no guarantee that they will phone me back!
This is pathetic and indicative of the large chain store operations.
