I baught i Blackberry 9360 at CNA Kolonade yesterday and was told that i could return the phone within 7 days if there was a problem. After charging the phone everything worked except the bbm, i asked vodacom to assist me and they reinstalled the bbm after deleting the old one and still it would not work. They then said that the phone it self is the problem and must be exchanged but that it is not a problem as it is not even 24 hours since a baught the phone. I phoned the CNA in the Kolonade (Mackson) and was told that they could not exchange the phone...??? Then I phoned the customer service Department and was told by Bazel that I can go to Edgards as well and that they would exchange it. Lea/Penny from Kolonade refused to do so and said i must first give the old phone back to CNA then I can come buy a new one. Can someone please assist me??? nobody seems to even care that i spend R3099.99 on a phone that is not working! The staff espcially from Edgards Kolonade are very unwilling to help and rude. Is this not false statements if you are told you can return the phone within 7 days and then the staff refuse to exchange it? please URGENTLY assist as I one have 5 days left.
