My mom sent to Dis Chem to get her prescription. She was helped by the a Ms Chhristina De Wet who was very rude to her. Christina insinuated that my mom's script is false as she (christina) doesn't know the practice number on the script or the doctor. She seems to forget that people in Vanderbijlpark don't only work in Vdp but in surrounding towns so yes she won't know all the doctors. Ms Christina (and other pharmacists) at Dis Chem behave as if the store is subcontracted to certain local doctors and the rest of us are using bogus doctors.
This is not the 1st time that such treatment was received at the hands of Christina. I sincerely hope that Dis Chem does get back to me regarding this as no1 did the last time. I would be pleased if the pharmacists were taken on a customer relations course because one CANNOT work in service yet treat people as such.
