I went to the dipensary with a script on 29 Nov 2013. I was attended to by a lady who was new & had to ask for help with the system. This took around 30 minutes to get my medications. Furthermore, I noticed that I was billed twice on my medical aid. As I had a repeat, I went back on 9 Jan 2014. This time, same scenario the lady had to ask sumeone else to assist as she could not find my repeat on the system. The lady who then assited me took almost 30 minutes again & she told me that there were 6 profiles in my name & that she had to go through each one. Having to put up with this wait I was then told that my repeat was Out of Stock. I then spoke to the Store Manager who took my details & advised me that she will phone me today. Still no phone call!!! PATHETIC SERVICE. I definately will not go back to this store with a script.
