A 8 seat dining table was purchased from Rochester and full payment was made for both the set and delivery. A promise was made on Friday 29th of November that everything will be delivered in the afternoon. At 6PM when we phoned back the lady (by the name of Candice) promised us not to worry the set is still getting delivered on the same day (my wife took half a day leave to wait for delivery). We put all our plans on pause to wait but nothing was delivered. Saturday morning we went to the store and everyone understood the urgency of the matter and promised us delivery on the same day. At 1pm I got a call that it's on its way and we waiting at home. Again no delivery on Saturday and no one can really explain why?? Sunday we spoke to them again and a promise was made that delivery will be done on Monday. When we phoned at 4pm on Monday to find out where the delivery is the person said the delivery is now scheduled for Tuesday.
We have made the payment immediately and I think that is the problem because once Rochester have your money it seems like they DONT CARE AT ALL and it it pathetic. I am very unsatisfied and still waiting for my set to be delivered!!!
