Hi, we purchased building material from Cashbuild - Edenvale and made arrangements for delivery this past Friday. They delivered the sand on Monday, so I had to rush home to open the gates. On Friday midday I phoned them to make sure that delivery is on. I was told that if they say Friday it will be Friday I don't have to phone and check up. So Friday afternoon at 3:00 they bring half of the stuff, the balance to follow Saturday morning. Why do they give a person flack do they not know that the Customer is important...
