I entered the store this morning at 10. 10 minutes later the bold guy looked at my direction and asked it he could help. I explained that my card has been declined for purchase the last 3 transactions with NO explanation! He ran up and down for another couple of minutes, then phone head office (?). They spoke to him, then I confirmed my details and they explained that the card I have has expired and a new card needed to be issued. They then wanted to speak to him again - he was missing in action. The lady at the cashier counter did not help - she was busy. I walk up the stairs to the next floor, found min there! After the 40 minute exercise he told me that there were no new cards available. I still do not have a new card!!
