I was at exact vall mall to exchange clothes i purchased. When i purchased them i used a cheque card. I approached lady at the counter to change and she was unwilling to assist as i did not have the card but i had the receipt. I explained to her the reason i do not have my check car is because it was swolled by the ATM a few days earlier and still waiting for my new card. She looked at me as if i was bothering her. She shouted to the lady on the floor who i asume is the supervisor asking if she can authorise it. She then walked away and said she is going to call head offoce. She went to the supervisor who was standing quite a distance from the counter. The supervisor shouted with attitude from where she was standing for all to hear in the shop without even greeting or introducing herself "what did u say is wrong with your card, where is it? " she was not busy with any other customer. She was just standing there too lazy to walk up to me and ask me. She seemed tired or not willing to do her job. Both she and the lady at the counter. The way they spoke to me was as if they couldnt wait for me to leave. She came to authorise and walked away.always shop at exact Wonderboom best service
