My husband Mr Pillay bought a bed frm furniture city (game city durban) in September 2012 slumber king. the sales person was selvan we explained we needed a bed for the main bedroom. 3 months later the stitching on the side of mattress started to open n mattress was sagging called the store at the beginning of jan to complain sales person selvan was on leave another sales person sanele helped me he did nt tell me at the time tht the stitching on the mattress is guaranteed for 3 mnts only he said he will email the company the complained n get back to me with feedback. a month later n still no feed back i called the store n receptionist gave me head office number called them spk to jared explained the prob he said he will take it up wid the store ref 17366. Two weeks later dispatch manager called to say they have approved the exchange of my base told him the prob is wid the mattress he still didnt tell me about the guarantee for the stitching he said he will send the factory an email to exchange the mattress n he will call me back a month has gone by still no answer 22/04/2013 i called store spk to Nari Moodley (store manageress) she said they cant guarantee the exchange of mattress.
