Paying for something not using

In april this year i ordered a nova tablet from fone choice, as their policy if u receive something u ordered but dont like it, or it is not worth ure expectations you can return it. so i did not like the tablet, and i call to say i`m canceling dont want it anymore, they say they going to send a courier to fetch it but they never did, i called several times but still they didnt come fetch it, they are debiting my account for the sum of R248 every month for something i`m not using, they have bad customer service, now i think i must take the matter to my lawyers, because they dont want to help, i`m a very good custormer of home choice, and fin choice. but i dont like what is happening now. its been 3 months now i`m waisting my airtime to call them, they are useless.
