Waiting for Delivery since August

The first week of August i ordered a Belford Bed at Home choice, i waited to 2 weeks then some guys came to deliver the bed, upon delivery i noticed that it was a wrong size bed then returned the order on the Spot, i waited another 2 weeks then the guys came to deliver again and only to notice that they didn't have all the material needed to assemble the bed they took the bed back and left behind a billing note for a lady by the surname of Mrs Mbele which made me think that it was not my order in the first place which could be the reason they left with the bed, I have made numerous calls and follow ups in regards to my bed and to date i have not received any feedback from home choice, at the moment i feel like cancelling the whole thing and just spread the word to anyone who might be interested in ordering stuff from home choice, it is not a good experience for a first time buyer and i sure as will never order anything from them again, If these is how they do business then they need to revise their business practices and maybe learn a thing or 2 from other retailers
