Billing for goods not received

I got a call from Home Choice sales agent selling beddings, i was first not interested about purchasing the goods but thought it would be a good present got give my folks. the sales agent called back and accepted the order, later on I changed my mind about purchasing the bedding and remembered that the sales agent told me that I could cancel the order by not accepting it when they delivery it. A week later I got a call from the delivery people of Home Choice and I declined the receipt over the phone. Two months passed and suddenly I got a mail saying I owe R2, 500 for the bedding. i thought it was a mistake and phoned the customer service to resolve the issue, I was surprised to find out that someone from Home Choice signed the delivery and took the good, and now I have the Home Choice Account calling me every day or so asking when they should be getting the payments. i am Angry over the that Home Choice pulled and if someone other is reading this then please be warned... HomeChoice are scamming people!!! Do not accept any calls from them because you going to end up paying for goods that you will never receive!!!
