I purchased a leather lounge suite at the Diep River store in 2009 & paid 15K cash. A year later the back of the 2 seater started to perish. I gave Mr. P the benefit of the doubt of taking the same style in the hopes that it would not break. But I was proven wrong. Now 3 years later both my 2 & 3 seater's cushions are perishing. I logged a complaint with the store & after me having to continuously follow up it was later escalated to the Head Office. I was contacted by Vanessa Varty who requested that I send her the pics that I already sent to the store. She assured me that that the matter will be taken up with management. No feedback was provided to me & when I requested feedback, I received an email from Vanessa saying that since their furniture is guaranteed for a period of 12 mnths & that I had usage of the suite for 3 years that Management has approved to credit me with the value of R 5599.98 only in the form of a voucher for my 2 couches & in order for me to receive this voucher, I needed to provide the with the date of when I will be dropping off the 2 couches at their branch in Canal Walk. I responded requesting a full refund but to date no response has been provided to me.
