Atlanta Lounge Suite

I received my first lounge suite on the 21/01/2013. The Atlanta Lounge suite, they fetched it a couple of weeks later as i was not happy with it. Then about 6 weeks later i received my second one, signed the delivery and everything was in order, my first payment came out on the end of April 2013. Now after two months i am not happy with the couches they are flimsy, the cushions sagging, the lever you pull for the recliner (two seater) battles to come out and all the couches are squeeking. Last Thursday (16/05/2013) they sent ppl out to inspect the couches from their Johannesburg Branch, after i dont know how many calls not getting anywhere, a lady from Head Office calls me she has no idea whats going on, the branch in Witbank the accounts lady calls me and says i cannot change the lounge suite for another one, as i signed the delivery note, like i explained to her how are we suppose to know after 2 months that the couches are not worth there price (R40 000). So again today so many calls, no one calls you back i am still getting no where, now they sending ppl again tomorrow as they cannot the paperwork from last week, really annoyed and feel like dumping couches at the branch.
