Since the Shoprite has been opened in Noorgesig, selected houses in have experienced power outages. The community went complain at the store on the 20 October but the manager incharge could not assist, the manager said they were not aware of teh problem. The community stated that the main switch at shoprite trips because the power it requires is to much. This affects the rest of the houses. The community stated that the Shoprite power supply is joined to the selected houses power. My suggestion is that Shoprite should produce their own power supply instead of joining in the the existing one at noordgesig ext. Please note that for the past week we have experience on and off power outage, the past two days we have not had electricity.
Please assist urgently.
