My father purchased a pack of pita bread from the Shoprite checkers in Tongaat on 16/11/13. When the pack was opened, the bread on the inside was covered with disgusting green mold. Upon calling the store, the store manager refused to take his call and despite the receptionist taking his details, the store manager has not bothered to call back with an apology, a response or feedback. Photographic footage of the disgusting food products is available and I have no qualms about emailing these pictures to the press should shoprite continue with with this lack of respect for their customers.
