My domestic went and drew money from the FNB INSIDE the shoprite in Eloff street. According to FNB, the machine was tampered with and all the money was drawn out of her account. I have been trying to get hold of Welcome Thembelo the store manager to find out if we can have access to the footage of that ATM as we are opening up a case, and he is not returning my call nor is he answering his Cell phone. i hope someone will call me back immediatly. otherwise i will have no choice but to assume that this is standard practice of shoprite! tamper with the machines and take your clients money...
