My fridge that is only around 5 years old has broken, apparently it is the PCB.
However it is taking forever for you to order one, a process that you are not keeping me updated on, in the meantime I am stuck with a fridge that beeps every ~15 minutes throughout the night and interrupts my sleep.

1) I expect a fridge to last at least 10 years without issues, a problem this early on, especially a PCB related one is simply not acceptable.
2) Considering this your call outs are EXPENSIVE and your response time SLOW.
3) Your call center is under staffed, slow and your staff rude.
4) There is a huge lack of communication, when someone tells me a part may take a few days to order I expect him back at my house in a few days or I expect a call to tell me about it - i don't think I should have to follow up a week later only to be told I may have to wait another two weeks. (After being on hold for 10 minutes)

Meanwhile the rest of my fridge is likely being damaged by the faulty board placing strain on it, are you going to take liability for that?

I was once a faithful whirlpool buyer, at this rate I doubt I will ever buy from you again.
