After waiting basically a month for you to obtain a basic PCB to repair my fridge (completely unacceptable) your repairman shows up at my house with a broken replacement part on Friday, he then comes again on Monday with allegedly another broken replacement part.
I've now been informed that I must wait for yet another part to be delivered! (Unacceptable) Will I have to wait yet another month for that part?
In the meantime your call centre puts me on indefinite hold, a manager is never available and nobody ever calls back despite repeated promises that they will.
How can you reasonably expect people to live months without a fridge? I am incurring a fortune in food and cellphone expenses due to your incompetency.
