Missing payment

I am very unhappy with the service I got from Russells, I paid them R1500 in Jan, Feb and March, when I went to settle my account in April they told me there was a missing payment of R1500 which was the February amount, now they have been investigating this amount since April, I haven't got any positive feedback from them, I paid them all their money in April but because of the missing amount they busy calling me and sending me statements, they even deducted money from my account in July which I had to reverse from the bank because there was no assistance from the store.. I have tried going to the store but the manager keeps telling me the same thing which is that they haven't found the money, now I want the money that they supposed to refund me since I paid them more, and have all the invoices. They should please stop calling me unless its about getting my money back.. this really is bad service
