On the 5 Septemper 2013 My fiance bought me a pair of Reebok shoes from Edgars. I tried them on that day only and went with them to the shops. They felt a bit big so I decided that I was going to return them back to Edgars for a smaller size. On the 12 September 2013 I got a chance to go to Edgars to do the return. To my surprise they said why did I use the product and not fit it in the shop they told me there would be not swopping as the bottom of the shoe was dirty. It was a present therefore i could not fit it instore. I do not want another type of shoe, i want the exact one but smaller. Me and my fiance both buy substantial amounts from Edgars and it would be a shame to allow this kind of service to lose 2 good customers. I have given the id number of my fiance and my cell number. Please assist.
