I settled both my RCS and Game account 04 June 2013, whereby prove thereof was forward to RCS and Game. According to Shade working in the EDC Department my account was only settled on 1 July 2013??? Also, my Game account was listed as Default on ITC in June 2011. According to the Credit Bureau this will only last for a 2 year period and is off June 2013. I explained this to him and I was told that I only settled the account "01 July 2013" it will remain on for 2 years. I request twice to speak his manager and I was told the following "What can my manager do that I can't do? " I thus request his FAIS number of which it was given, as someone informing me that a default will remain on my name for 2 years after I settled the account, is very disturbing when I know the account has been closed and the 2 year period has transpired already. Till date, I am still awaiting my closure letters from Game and RCS which was settled 04/06/2013 and proof thereof was provided to them. I have no words for this person that represents a company known by all.
