My wife died tragically on the 1 November 2012.
She had an account with Edgars and a protection plan.
As there was money outstanding on her account to the value of R6814.26
I went to Edger's branch at crest and the amount was settled by hollard Life on the 21/11/2012
I have the Account Protection Plan claim form no 493837 stating the balance is 0 and her Edgar's account is settled in full and closed.
I have been under severe stress and depression and therefore settled all moneys owing by her.
I now get harasses by Munnik Basson Dragma every month saying I have not settled the account.
They send final notices and now are going to contact the sheriff.
I have proof of faxes sent to them regarding proof of payment and emails sent to them regarding proof of payment.
I have phoned them.
If they can't operate or work out that the account is paid they should not be in business.
Beside that I don't need any more stress. I wish I could lay a charge against them for harassment.
