I ordered a hazelnut classic leather satchel from the Dark Horse on-line store. I phoned Lise before hand to confirm availability of stock, and she confirmed that they have stock and once I make payment she would dispatch the goods to me and let me know that its on its way. Its been 5 days since I made payment and I have had no word from her. I have hounded her with emails and phone calls and she has been feigning ignorance as to why I haven't received the bag. She is now supposedly out of the country and her phoned is switched off. I have received no proof that the bag was posted, nor any further correspondence from the company. Seems to me the Dark Horse is a front to dupe customers into buying goods that will never be supplied. and now I will have to go to the small claims court to retrieve my money. How very disappointing from a company that is supposedly proudly south African
