Since the last report written, I would like to accurately reflect the follow up after sales service received from Lise. The satchel that I had purchased was sent off on time, however the hiccup occured when it was delivered to my delivery address. Lise tried her utmost to help resolve the issue even though she was overseas.
The satchel was well packaged and I received it in good order, in addition the craftsmanship on the satchel is excellent, and wish them all the success in future business endeavours.
