It is very frustrating dealing with Bidorbuy supposedly "Africa's Largest Online Marketplace".
I am a pensioner and ordered a child's rocking horse which I paid for and eventually received.
My online order number was 6378532 and the supplier Alice of Alicestyle.
In a nutshell I paid for express delivery, was contacted by Fastway on Thursday the 8th. August who promised delivery that afternoon. The delivery only took place, after many frustrating calls to Fastway, on Monday the 12th. Alice, the supplier, promised to reimburse me with R50.00 due to the late delivery - this has not happened even though I requested her to contact me for my banking details.
The advertised horse on the website does not match the delivered horse. False advertising?
I received a ginger horse and not the brown that was advertised and which I requested.
The advertised horse shows stirrups for the child's feet - not delivered.
The saddle on the advertised horse shows a fur trim - the saddle delivered has no fur trim.
Is it too much to ask that I should have received what I assumed I was paying for?
All contact has been via e-mail although all parties have my personal details.
Very disappointed.
