Bad Ola Ice Cream and Natalie says Not her problem

I have purchased 3 2 litre Ola Ice cream tubs over the last 3 weeks all of which have been seriously iced up (more ice inside than Cream). My wife telephoned Unilever on Friday and was treated badly by Natalie who put the blame on the Store (Yet Ice cream was Bought at 2 Different stores) then demanded proof of purchase? (who keeps Grocery till slips) and also stated that we should have returned the Ice Cream we purchased it from? to which my wife said that the stores are over 25kms away and it would be to costly to drive back to the store she stated that that was not her problem?

I always believed the Manufacturer was concerned about their product -- Clearly not with Unilever (Ola) I will never buy an Ola Product again.
