CTM BAD SERVICE

I ordered 200m2 of tiles and requested that the sales person ensures that the tiles are available. While I was in the shop he phoned the factory and confirmed the stock and promised delivery within a week if I could make the payment in the next 24 hours. I made the payment the same day and send through the proof of payment and phoned the sales person. Since then (almost 3 weeks later) I had to contact regularly to try and get updates. I requested to speak to the branch manager while I was in the shop and I was told he is busy and will call me back. Two days later I got hold of him via the phone and explained the situation. He confirmed that there is stock at other stores but not the factory and for him to collect it will cost money... I made it clear that I was ensured that there was stock so before I made the payment and therefore need the tiles urgently seeing that I made promises to my client and I might lose a client and have lost money already. He told me that he will ensure that I receive the tiles and will phone me after 11:00.. I phoned him back at 14:30 and he confirmed that he didn't arrange for the tiles to be collected yet and he will phone me back at 16:00...
