Been battling to get my new ADSL solution going at home and after logging tickets with Axxess, things started to happen but at a slow pace. Called the call centre and held the line for an agent for over 15 mins, twice today after which I hung up both times, unable to speak to support.
Took a chance again at 21:30 this fine Friday evening, and got through to Mark straight away. I told Mark my sad story and he resolved it in under 5 mins. He was friendly and very helpful, called me back after he resolved the issue.
Just as I was starting to doubt my choice in ISPs, Mark revived Axxess' reputation in my eyes, and I will hang around a bit longer to see if this is the norm at Axxess, or is Mark just an outstanding employee doing his job very well.
