The watch was submitted on the 27 Sep 2013 to repair the strap. The called after approximately 5 weeks to inform us the the cost will be R300 on which I told them to go ahead. We went there twice and they told us that they haven't received it back yet. On the 9 Dec 2013 we went there again and the
claimed that Police told them it would thake 8 weeks. Just for a strap to be repaired. I am not impressed.
