I had purchased lounge suite from Ellerines Tongaat, 1 of the sofas we defected which was repaired, However now all the sofa are damaged with metal pieces sticking out, the seats are sagging, the armrests hurt as you can feel the timber inside.
We are promised on a daily basis that the sofas will be picked up & replaced with a new set, it is going on to almost 2 months now & nothing has happened.
