I went to the branch on the 03/09 to do an exchange for my son's boxer shorts which were still wrapped, I was told of their policy and I asked to speak to someone else and they called a Supervisor who told me that they need to be consistent, She told me that she can see that those were still sealed but she can not make that call as only store Managers had such discretions but their store Manager was on leave.
I advised her that I was still not happy and need to Escalate this, I then wrote an email to their complaints department the next day. I did not receive any acknowledgement of my email on the 06/09 I called the customer care number and spoke to someone by the name of Winston who confirmed that the complaint was received and they will respond before end of business, today is the 11th and I still have not heard from them.
I am very disappointed and did not expect such treatment from Woolworths, I hope someone will respond
