On the 22nd July I got in contact with Woolworths head office. I requested an item to be transfered to a specific branch, was told by the consultant that there is stock and it will be sent to the selected store. A week later I had no feedback and called them again, spoke to another consultant whom confirmed that the request was sent and guaranteed me that I will get the stock, she has mentioned that no branch in cape town has but Jhb and Pretoria has sufficient stock. Today I had to do a follow up again as still no feedback from the branch nor head office, only to be told now that there is absolutely no stock. I was also told that the store tried calling me 4 times which is a lie, I had 1 missed call on my phone from this branch and when I called back seconds later no one could tell me who called and why. I have been dealing with Woolworths for yrs, been doing this stock requests for yrs but have never been disappointed like this, I always had exceptional service from them now that it's for my little boy's eid outfit I have to be disappointed like this because of false information.
