Incredible Connection

I went into the store to purchase an item. I have been in the store 4 times in the past 3 weeks and everytime the service has been poor. On Sunday the line was growing and there was only 1 teller as the other teller was assisting someone with a price instead of calling one of the ten staff standing around to assist with a price query. After 15 minutes I asked the 1 remaining teller if she could get someone to open another till. She said there wasnt anyone. Shorlty after the sales manager Pitsu came to her till to punch in a code. I asked him if he could get someone to open another till. He was incredibly rude to me. I asked him he has received customer service training as that was no way to speak to a customer. He said to me YOU ARENT A CUSTOMER. "This is what we have - we only have 1 teller". He then moved behind the till as if he wanted to hit me and stood agressively looking at me. The one man in the line agreed that the way he was behaving was disgusting. By this stage the line had grown to about 10 people. It seems you dont want my business PLUS is worried about my safety in your store. Keep up the good work!!!!!!
