I went to Game to buy Huggies Gold Girl 60 number 4 the price advertised on the shelf was R149.00 and went to at a till operator number: 129 and operator Charlotte. I queed there for more than 20 minutes cause the buyer before us had a problem with his card and then the operator called the supervisor who ignored her and went to another till and when she finallly came she told the client to withdraw money and she didn't even think of cancelling the transaction for other customers to go through and then he couldn't get the money, the operator then started to scan my staff and I noticed the price difference that it is now R169 not R149 and i told the operator who then called the supervisor again she did the same thing went to another till and when she came back she asked who was calling her then she came, the operator told her of my complaint and she told me that she knows the price it's R169 and I said it's not, she then said it's the night shift that changed the prices and I said I don't care and she says to me we must go and check. what kind of a service is that i'm so disgusted at her she doesn't know how to treat customers and she must work back office.
