I just wanted to say that I've always found the staff at Greenstone branch to be very helpful and knowledgeable. And I enjoy visiting the store. A small negative: I wish your selection of timber was better. I often can't find what I'm looking for there. Big positive: Your hand tools section is well stocked, and your paint section is also pretty good.
