I purchased a shower head from Builders Express Greenstone about 3 weeks ago where by after a week it stopped working. I went through to Rivonia Branch (close to work to exchange it), thinking Builder's is 1 company like Edgars, Checkers, etc. to be told by an unhelpful gent that I needed to return it to the Greenstone. I still don't understand the logic but tried to return the item. Each day last week I left work in Rivonia @ 5pm to get Greenstone b4 6pm. I was been unsuccessful as the traffic is impossible to get to the store b4 closing. On Monday the 26/08 I just managed to get to Greenstone by 5:58pm where the doors where closed already. I pleaded with the Security lady (who was not helpful at all) until a customer exited the store. I managed to get in and spoke to a manager. He heard my plea and was I was grateful whereby a lady namely Veronica did my credit. She was friendly and very helpful. Thanks Vernoica and the manager who allowed me in after many days of trying to make the store, fighting through traffic, and eventually letting me do a credit. Much appreciated! Just ask your security staff to be a bit more understand and helpful to customers!
