Walked into RAD Moto today for the first time. First impressions count and this dealer really made a good first impression. Shop was spacious and neat. The staff were friendly and helpful. In particular Shaun Portman.
I went to inquire about the Kawasaki Ninja 300. There was a 2nd hand 2013 model on the floor that was dropped and had some engine problems that were replaced under warranty. Shaun explained everything and answered all the questions I had for him.
Overall he was extremely helpful and pointed me to their accessories and gear section upstairs when I mentioned that it was now time to buy my gear. Up there the guys were also helpful. Overall RAD Moto, you guys made a very positive first impression. You've scored yourselves a customer now.
