This is more of a feedback note than a complaint.
Builders Express Greenstone must be the worst retail outlet I have ever visited. Because of its locality convenience, the nature of my business requires me to visit BEX every day. Not a day goes by where I am not amazed that this specific outlet still exists. The staff are completely incompetent, and have no clue of what is going on in their various departments. That is, if you're lucky enough to FIND any staff to help you. The staff 'lounge' area above the paint department resonates with loud chatting, laughing and you can hear at the very least 10 of them at ANY given time up there. I have stood in the paint department for over 10 minutes before seeing anyone at all to assist me, and he noted he was on tea break.
On another occasion, the reception lady at the front entry desk spent over 40 seconds (yes i timed it) sending messages from her phone and digging in her nose before I called to her for ask for assistance. I had been standing opposite her the whole time.
On 6 different occasions I have asked to speak to the store manager, and on EVERY occasion I am told he was out. Well, it shows Mr Manager, you store is useless!
