I received an email from Makro advertising a Sunday once of special on a Yale safe. Travelled very far and got there very early. Only to find out that the description on the email advert was wrong. False advertising! There was another gentleman also there for the same deal also upset at this. The manager said he could do nothing, but that head office would contact us to source a safe of the advertised dimensions. Fat chance of that. Almost Friday now and not a peep from Makro. Either the manager never gave head office the message or head office ignored it. Either way, I want the safe as advertised please or I am laying a complaint with the CPA.
